$100 Wedding Cake

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your wedding cake order with Nikki's Nook. By proceeding with your order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Offer Eligibility: This $100 wedding cake offer is valid for orders placed and fully paid for by October 31, 2025. Cakes can be delivered for events occurring up to December 20, 2025.
2. Cake Specifications:
   
   • All cakes under this offer are limited to a maximum of two tiers.
   • Available cake flavors are Strawberry, Pistachio, Lemon, and Red Velvet, each with a pre-selected coordinating frosting flavor. No substitutions or custom flavor combinations are available under this offer.
   • Designs are standard and simple. Intricate custom designs, figurines, fresh flowers (unless provided by the client), or complex decorations are not included in the $100 price and will incur additional charges, subject to consultation and agreement.

1. Payment: Full payment of $100 is required at the time of order placement to secure your cake. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. All sales are final once payment is processed.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   
   • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date of paid in full orders will receive a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
   • In the unlikely event that Nikki's Nook must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

1. Changes to Orders: Any requests for changes to cake flavors, delivery dates, or other specifications must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
2. Delivery and Setup:
   
   • Delivery is available within the Metro Detroit area. A delivery fee, based on distance, will be quoted and must be paid in advance.
   • Nikki's Nook is not responsible for any damage to the cake once it has been delivered and set up at the venue. It is the responsibility of the client or venue staff to ensure the cake is stored properly and handled with care after delivery.
   • Please ensure a clear, level, and cool surface is available for cake placement upon delivery.

1. Allergens: Our cakes are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of these allergens. Clients with severe allergies should exercise caution.
2. Photography: Nikki's Nook reserves the right to photograph all cakes for promotional purposes.
3. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
4. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
