• No Deposit Required: We do not require a separate deposit to hold your order date.
• Order Initiation Payment: The initial payment is due upon placing your order to officially initiate the starting process.
• First Payment Requirement: Your order will not be started (including design, ingredient sourcing, or baking) until the first 50% of the entire order total is paid in full via the provided electronic invoice.
• Final Payment Deadline: The remaining 50% of the final order balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Late Payment Fee: If the final 50% payment is not received before the 24-hour deadline, an additional late fee of $5.00 per hour will be added to your outstanding balance until the full payment is made.

A confirmation text message and email will be automatically sent to the contact information on file once any payment is successfully received.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• No Guarantee of Durability: While every effort is made to provide a stable product, the bakery is not responsible for any damage to the order once it leaves our possession (after pick-up or delivery). This includes damage due to improper handling, storage, temperature control, or failure to follow transport instructions provided.
• Post-Pickup Issues: The bakery is not liable for issues such as melting, sliding, breakage, or loss that occur after the product has been transferred to the customer or their representative.

• Standard Buttercream: Our house-made signature buttercream recipe includes tree nuts (specifically almonds/walnuts/pecans, depending on the flavor) and is prepared in a facility that handles all major allergens.
• Allergen-Free Options: We are happy to offer egg-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options upon request. It is the customer's responsibility to clearly request these options when placing the order.
• Cross-Contamination Acknowledgment: While we take strict measures to prevent cross-contamination for allergen-free requests, all products are prepared in a shared kitchen space. Customers must exercise their own judgment and acknowledge the inherent risk of cross-contamination when ordering for individuals with severe, life-threatening allergies. The bakery is not liable for allergic reactions.

• Standard Pick-Up Location: All customer pick-ups are strictly scheduled and conducted at the Inkster Post Office on Michigan Ave, Inkster, MI 48141.
• Delivery Service: Delivery is available for an additional fee. The cost is calculated based on distance and will be added to your invoice total upon request.

This product is made in a cottage food operation that is not required to be licensed and inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

This statement is required by Michigan law to be included on the packaging of all products made under the Michigan Cottage Food Law, and by placing an order, you acknowledge this requirement.
